Job Summary

Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as the single point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including academic leaders, administrators, decision-makers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement of EdTech products and services.
  • Track client interactions, engagement metrics, and renewal pipelines using CRM tools such as

    LeadSquared, Salesforce, and Zoho

    .
  • Drive client retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities through proactive engagement and regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Academic, Tech, and Support teams to address client needs and resolve escalations.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify risks, improvement areas, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present client performance reports, insights, and action plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high standards of service quality and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience

    in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education services).
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, and Zoho

    for pipeline tracking, reporting, and client communication.
  • Proven ability in

    stakeholder management

    , including handling senior-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze client metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with institutional clients such as schools, colleges, universities, or corporate learning partners.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, or online education ecosystems.
  • Experience in contract renewals, account expansion, and long-term client success strategies.
