Job Overview: We are looking for a highly strategic, creative, and data-driven Head of Marketing to oversee and execute global marketing strategies that drive growth, brand recognition, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in the EdTech sector, with a proven track record of leading and scaling marketing operations at a global level. This role requires exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver results. Key Responsibilities: · Marketing Leadership : Lead the overall marketing strategy, aligning marketing goals with business objectives for global markets. · Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. · Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. · Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. · Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social media, events) to reach target audiences effectively. · Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and platforms. · Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals. · Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, influencers, and other stakeholders in the EdTech sector. · Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. · Content and SEO Strategy : Own content strategy across various channels, ensuring SEO optimization and driving organic traffic to our website and platforms. · Digital Marketing : Create and manage global digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and social media strategies. · Integrated Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, events, webinars, and digital marketing. · Global Outreach : Develop region-specific campaigns and strategies to target and engage enterprise clients across different geographies. · Team Leadership : Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, nurturing talent and fostering collaboration between departments. · Marketing Metrics : Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs to measure success and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Experience: 12+ years of experience in global marketing roles, with at least 6 years in leadership positions. Experience in the EdTech sector is highly preferred. Skills: Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer acquisition. Strong understanding of global marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of analytics, campaign metrics, and performance reporting. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Languages: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus, especially for global market reach. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), CRM systems, analytics platforms, and project management tools.
