Client Relationship Manager

Experience:

• Proven experience managing High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) or VIP clients, with at least

5+ years in a client-facing role.

• Experience in luxury or premium services is preferred.

• Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in client records and interactions.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Basic knowledge of ERP

systems is a plus.

• Client Service: Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized service to clients.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to client needs and resolve issues proactively.
• Team Collaboration: Effective at working with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) for seamless

service delivery.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM 4:00 PM (Half Day)
