Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves office-based work and field work, focusing on client relationship management, strategic partnerships, and sales growth within the wedding and events industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Google Meet/online meetings with clients and partners to understand requirements and present photography and related service offerings.
• Build and manage relationships with wedding planners, venues, and event partners.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, proposals, and coordination.
• Maintain records of leads, partnerships, and sales performance.
• Analyze market trends and share insights with management.
• Visit clients, venues, or partners for in-person meetings when required.
• Support relationship strengthening and deal closures through on-ground interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or client relationship management (wedding/event industry preferred).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Graduate with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with both virtual and field meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
