Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager at The HR Factory, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients located in Vadodara. You will need to understand client needs and ensure that services are delivered to meet their expectations. Your daily tasks will include conducting regular client meetings, handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
