Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and scheduled appointments. Promote and sell company products/services to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s offerings and stay updated on market trends. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to the sales manager. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events if required. Collect payments and handle documentation as per company policies. Requirements:Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (preferred: 1–3 years). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Basic understanding of sales performance metrics. Proficiency in local language(s); knowledge of English is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Minimum qualification: Graduate (or 12th pass with strong field sales experience).
