Hiring: Field Sales Executive | Earn Base + High Commissions 🚀

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join the Teakland team at our Farook College Factory. If you are a ground-level hustler who enjoys meeting people and closing deals, this is for you.

📍 Location: Farook College, Kozhikode/Malappuram

💰 Pay: ₹10,000 Base Salary + 3% Commission on every sale

💼 Role: Full-time, Field Sales

​What You’ll Do:

• ​Field Work: Visit house owners and construction sites in your assigned area to introduce Teakland’s premium teak solutions.
• ​Lead Management: Follow up on warm leads generated via our Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• ​Closing: Find and Convert inquiries into sales and help customers choose the best teak products for their homes.
• ​Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals to unlock your full earning potential.

Who we are looking for:

• ​Someone with 1-2 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• ​Must have a two-wheeler and valid license.
• ​Fluent in Malayalam (English is a bonus).
