Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit

  schools, colleges, coaching centers , training institutes

  , and similar avenues on a daily basis
• Pitch and close

  career guidance seminars / workshops / demo sessions

• Coordinate with institutions for

  date, time, audience size, and logistics

• Execute seminars in coordination with trainers/counsellors
• Ensure

  QR-based lead capture

   with complete and accurate data
• Upload leads into CRM on the

  same day

   with correct source tagging
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (Principals, HODs, Owners)
• Track and report daily activities: visits, meetings, seminars, leads generated
• Work closely with the Sales/Counselling team to improve lead quality and conversion

Daily / Weekly Targets

• 1012 institutional visits per day
• 3–4 decision-maker meetings per day
• 1 seminar closure every 2–3 days
• 40–80 quality leads per seminar

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with

  field work and travel

• Ability to present confidently in front of groups
• Basic understanding of education/career counseling preferred
• Data discipline and ownership mindset

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in

  field sales, BTL marketing, education outreach

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
