The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process from initial contact to hire, developing employer branding strategies, and conducting interviews. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and enhancing the employer's brand to attract top talent.
