What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end hiring for senior and non-tech roles.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and headhunting.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Shape Illumine's employer brand through meaningful candidate and market engagement.
• Use data and insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with proven success in senior/non-tech hiring.
• Expertise in headhunting and building leadership pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience hiring for SaaS, education, or startup environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills you move fast but stay structured.
