Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define recruitment goals, KPIs, and targets aligned with business plans.
  • Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies for all levels and functions.
  • Manage multiple recruitment teams and ensure consistency in quality and turnaround time.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead client meetings, requirement discussions, and negotiations for major positions.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical or senior-level recruitment issues.

3. Team Management & Development

  • Lead, train, and motivate recruitment managers, executives, and interns.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for recruiters.

4. Business Growth & Planning

  • Identify new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment.
  • Support management in client acquisition, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks.

5. Process Optimization & Analytics

  • Standardize recruitment processes, templates, and reporting systems across teams.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (cost per hire, time to fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee recruitment MIS and ensure accurate data management and reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale recruitment operations.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent client handling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and HR analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a results-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
