Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervising Construction Activities: Monitoring the progress of construction work, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, and managing the workforce to meet deadlines. Coordinating with Stakeholders: Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties to ensure smooth communication and timely decision-making. Ensuring Quality and Compliance: Conducting inspections, identifying any deficiencies, and taking corrective action to ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Managing Health and Safety: Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations on-site, conducting risk assessments, providing safety training, and ensuring all personnel adhere to safety procedures.
