Site Supervisor

As a Construction Safety Supervisor, your role involves inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. You will be supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors, ensuring that site workers are educated on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries is a key responsibility in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing team schedules, evaluating performance, and providing feedback to ensure a safe working environment. Reporting to senior management will be part of your regular tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards - Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors - Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol - Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries - Creating and managing team schedules - Evaluating performance and providing feedback - Reporting to senior management Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 3 years of total work experience - Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and protocols Please note that the work location for this full-time position is in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
