About Alpha Gains


Alpha Gains is a growing financial services firm focused on wealth management, investments, insurance, and long-term client relationships. We work with genuine clients and focus on trust, education, and structured financial solutions.


Role: Sales Executive / Relationship Executive

This is a client-facing sales role focused on understanding client needs and converting interested leads into customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Calling and following up with leads generated through ads, referrals, and existing client base.

Explaining financial products clearly (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Demat services, etc.)

Coordinating with the operations team for smooth client onboarding

Maintaining basic records and follow-ups

Building long-term client relationships (not hard selling)


Who This Role Is For:

Comfortable with phone calls and client interaction

Willing to learn financial products (training will be provided)

Growth-oriented mindset


Work Structure:

Location: Office

Working days: Monday to Saturday


Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
