Role Overview

We’re looking for a technically sophisticated .NET expert with 12–15 years of experience in software development and project leadership. You’ll play a key role in architecting and delivering enterprise-grade hospitality software — working with modern frameworks, agile methodologies, and cloud technologies to continuously improve product efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Vision & Strategy

• Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals and innovation objectives.
• Drive technology modernization through cloud-native architecture, microservices, and API-first design.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in SaaS, mobility, AI, and automation to ensure continuous product evolution.

2. Architecture & Product Engineering

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable SaaS solutions using .NET Framework/Core, Java, and React-based web technologies.
• Oversee mobile app development using Flutter, ensuring cross-platform excellence and unified UI/UX.
• Drive integration architecture with third-party systems (PMS, POS, OTA, CRM, Payment Gateways, etc.) to maintain interoperability.
• Ensure adherence to best coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation via Azure DevOps/TFS.

3. Database & Infrastructure Leadership

• Architect and optimize SQL Server databases for performance, scalability, and multi-tenant SaaS usage.
• Implement data security, high availability, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies across environments.
• Oversee Azure Cloud infrastructure—monitoring uptime, costs, and deployment pipelines.

4. Engineering Leadership & Team Building

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software developers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals.
• Establish engineering culture standards—innovation, accountability, and code quality excellence.
• Conduct code reviews, architecture audits, and provide hands-on guidance on technical problem-solving.

5. Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with Product, QA, and Implementation teams to define specifications, ensure timely delivery, and optimize sprint outcomes.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align platform capabilities with client requirements.
• Ensure smooth rollouts, migrations, and integrations across properties and regions.

6. Security, Compliance & Risk Management

• Implement strong data security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI-DSS, DPDP Act).
• Proactively identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and architectural gaps.
• Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and incident management systems are in place.

7. Budgeting & Vendor Management

• Manage technology budgets, cloud costs, and third-party contracts effectively.
• Evaluate, onboard, and oversee vendors for hosting, and technology services.

8. Performance & Reporting

• Define engineering KPIs and operational SLAs to track system reliability and delivery performance.
• Present periodic reports on technology initiatives, ROI, and innovation outcomes to the leadership board.

9. Innovation & Future Readiness

• Explore and implement AI, predictive analytics, and IoT to strengthen product capabilities.
• Lead R&D initiatives that enhance automation, sustainability, and customer experience.
• Drive long-term innovation strategy to maintain mycloud’s leadership in hospitality technology.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Proven expertise in C#, ASP.NET (Framework/Core), Java, React.js, Web APIs, MVC, Web Services, and SQL Server.

2. Experience in Flutter and cross-platform mobile development.

3. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), microservices, and API integrations.

4. Strong background in Agile/SCRUM, CI/CD, and DevOps environments.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

6. 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in a senior technology leadership or CTO role.
