Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CTO will oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies, manage software development projects, ensure the architecture aligns with the company's goals, and drive product development. The role involves collaborating with various teams to innovate and enhance RUPENZO's technology infrastructure. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development Experience in managing IT Strategy and Project Management Strong skills in developing Architecture Leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills Experience in the fintech or wealth-tech industry is a plus
