Role Overview: As a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Webguru Infosystems, you will be responsible for leading the technology strategy, product architecture, and technical delivery for a variety of client projects. Your role will involve leveraging your strong technical foundation, exceptional leadership skills, and passion for solving complex business problems using modern technologies and AI. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the company's technology roadmap in alignment with business goals. - Lead engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. - Architect and oversee the development of AI-powered web apps, mobile apps, and enterprise systems. - Build and mentor a high-performing tech team while fostering a culture of development excellence. - Ensure strategic goals by setting operational policies.
