Ruru Tek Private Limited is an Indian ODM company specializing in Set-Top Boxes, TV Launchers, and CCTV Camera Surveillance solutions. We support Broadcasters, MSOs, Telcos/ISPs, and Media Companies by solving complex video challenges using Video Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial operations, planning, and governance. This role is open to female candidates, and CA qualification is mandatory. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing costs, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting.

• Oversee accounting, finance, taxation, audit, treasury, and compliance.

• Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.

• Manage internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and consultants.

• Oversee inventory and stock valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Drive cost optimization and working capital management.

• Support strategic decisions, investments, and expansion plans.

• Oversee payroll, employee taxation, and IT income tax compliance.

• Ensure CSR compliance and reporting.

• Build strong financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – Mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 10–15+ years of senior finance leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations.

• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, audits, payroll, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.

• Experience in manufacturing or ODM environments preferred.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
