Role Overview: You will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving the financial strategy, governance, and transformation agenda of a newly listed entity. Your role will demand deep expertise in listed company compliances, financial process transformation, ERP implementation, mergers & acquisitions, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with growth objectives. - Partner with the Board and senior leadership on long-term business planning, capital allocation, and M&A opportunities. - Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration. - Work closely with legal, tax, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and post-deal synergy realization. - Ensure full compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other statutory/regulatory requirements. - Oversee investor relations, quarterly/annual disclosures, and corporate governance frameworks. - Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process automation and ERP optimization. - Establish robust internal controls, reporting systems, and performance monitoring metrics. - Direct preparation of accurate, timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. - Manage treasury, risk management, taxation, and working capital efficiency. - Lead and mentor a team of 15 finance professionals across accounting, tax, treasury, M&A, and MIS. - Build a high-performance culture within the finance function. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA with 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. - Prior recent experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a listed manufacturing company. - Proven expertise in listed entity compliances, investor relations, corporate governance, and M&A. - Demonstrated success in finance transformation and ERP implementation. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Track record of leading large finance teams and managing multi-stakeholder environments.
