As a Finance Manager at IPL Biologicals Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Company's financial operations and ensuring world-class financial administration. Your responsibilities will include: - Evaluating, designing, and implementing risk management, financial, accounting, and reporting processes - Driving financial functions such as taxation, treasury, cash management, and corporate finance - Managing GL accounts, costing, budgeting, Balance Sheet reviews, and Financial Modeling - Leading statutory audit finalization and handling routine compliances - Advising Senior Management on financial implications and risks of strategic decisions - Analyzing Key Performance Indicators and financial metrics - Managing finance matters, MIS, Cost Optimization, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management - Preparing annual budgets and reporting in ERP - Approaching banks for financial transactions and negotiations - Monitoring Accounts Receivable and budget control - Researching revenue opportunities, economic trends, and cost reduction areas - Implementing systems, policies, and procedures for financial controls and cost management - Structuring international transactions tax-efficiently and managing risk Your skills must include Effective Budgeting & Planning, International Transaction expertise, Schemes & Balance sheet reviewing & presentation, strong understanding of ERP & project management, Product costing knowledge, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. If you have experience in the Agri Input Sector or FMCG, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we would like to hear from you.
