Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s financial planning, financial reporting, and overall financial health. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing strategies for financial growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Advanced skills in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to build and execute effective financial strategies
Expertise in managing Financial Statements and ensuring accuracy in Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial performance and support strategic decision-making
Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing financial teams and operations
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is a strong advantage
Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
