Position : Legal Officer Location : Prabhu Steels, Thrikkakara, Ernakulam Qualification : LLB Experience : Minimum 5 Years Age Limit : Below 40 Years Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Job Description We are looking for an experienced Legal Officer to join our team at Prabhu Steels , Thrikkakara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all legal matters of the company, ensuring legal compliance, and providing sound legal advice to management. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal consultants. Provide legal advice on various business matters including labor laws, contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance. Handle litigation matters including filing, pleadings, and appearances before courts or legal forums. Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and take appropriate action. Maintain legal records and documents securely and systematically. Support HR and administrative departments in employee legal issues and internal policy compliance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor laws, and contract law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
