Ensure compliance with all other statutory obligations and filings relevant to an IT services and products company. Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax authorities. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or CA-Inter qualification is a plus. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT or technology sector. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Indian taxation, specifically GST and Income Tax laws and procedures.
