Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the companys financial strategy and long-term financial planning. Partner with CEO and board members to drive strategic decisions and company direction. Lead capital raising initiatives and manage relationships with investors and financialinstitutions. Identify and analyze investment opportunities, including land acquisitions anddevelopment projects. Drive strategic planning processes and financial forecasting. Financial Management Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, andtreasury. Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, and tax returns. Manage the capital structure and determine appropriate financing strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions. Oversee project financing and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Risk Management Compliance

Ensure compliance with RERA, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain robust internal control systems. Manage audit processes and relationships with external auditors. Oversee risk management strategies and insurance programs. Monitor and manage the companys debt covenants and financial risks.

Operational Excellence

Lead and develop the finance and accounting team. Implement and oversee financial systems and processes. Drive operational efficiency through financial analysis and metrics. Oversee project costing and pricing strategies. Manage investor relations and corporate communications.

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) with MBA/CFA preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience. Minimum 5 years experience in C-suite or equivalent position. Strong background in real estate sector finance. Experience in managing large-scale real estate projects and investments.

Advanced financial modeling and analysis. Real estate valuation and investment analysis. Corporate finance and treasury management. Risk management and compliance. Mergers and acquisitions. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Corporate governance.
