Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in
closing infrastructure / project finance transactions
Prior leadership exposure in
airports, infrastructure SPVs, power, roads, ports, mining, or large-capex projects
Hands-on experience dealing with
banks, DFIs, NBFCs, funds, and institutional investors
Strong command over
project finance models, lender documentation, and IC-level financial narratives
Background in
Big-4 deal advisory, PSU finance leadership, institutional banking, or infrastructure CFO roles
preferred
Mindset aligned to
success-linked / outcome-based engagements
Professional qualifications (CA / CFA / equivalent) preferred but
transaction experience is paramount
