Position Overview


We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing finance and audit team.

The role involves handling financial accounting, statutory and internal audits, GST and TDS compliance, payroll, and preparation of analytical financial reports for management review.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of accounting principles, taxation laws, and analytical acumen to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Audit & Accounts


  • Conduct statutory, internal, and management audits ensuring compliance with Ind AS/IGAAP.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow.
  • Perform account reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, inter-company) and variance analyses.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and prepare MIS reports.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting procedures.

2. GST Audit & Filing


  • Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9/9C filing.
  • Perform input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and ensure timely tax payments.
  • Handle GST audits, departmental queries, and notices.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation as per statutory norms.

3. TDS, Salary & Commission


  • Oversee TDS deduction, deposit, and filing of quarterly returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ).
  • Reconcile TDS with Form 26AS and ensure timely issuance of Form 16/16A.
  • Supervise payroll accounting, salary structuring, and commission disbursement.
  • Ensure correct TDS application under relevant sections (192, 194H, 194J, etc.).
  • Coordinate with HR for PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliance.

4. Taxation & Compliance


  • Support direct and indirect tax audits, assessments, and statutory filings.
  • Prepare and review tax computations, returns, and financial disclosures.
  • Stay updated with amendments in taxation and accounting laws.
  • Provide advisory inputs for tax planning and risk mitigation.

5. Financial Analytical Reports & MIS


  • Prepare detailed financial analytical reports and dashboards for management.
  • Track revenue, cost, profitability, and other key business performance metrics.
  • Conduct variance, trend, and cash flow analysis for data-driven decisions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop customized MIS reports (client-wise, project-wise, or region-wise).

6. Coordination & Advisory


  • Liaise with statutory auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Ensure all finance and audit operations comply with internal and external standards.
  • Train, mentor, and review work of junior accountants.

Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
  • Experience: 3–8 years in accounting, audit, GST, and taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software (ERP knowledge preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
