About ABES E-COM LLP ABES E-COM LLP is a full-stack e-commerce growth and export enablement company, helping Indian D2C brands expand into global markets through performance-driven models. With over ₹10 crore in revenue powered through brands in beauty, wellness, fitness, fashion, and FMCG, ABES is now focused on building a leadership team capable of scaling to ₹100 crore+ ARR. Role Summary We are seeking a high-performance Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in D2C brand partnerships, strategic business development, and proven deal execution. The ideal candidate will bring existing connections, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to generate at least ₹25–30 lakhs in revenue within the first 15 days. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Leadership & Strategic Sales Drive rapid client acquisition with a target of ₹10–15L/day in service sales (each deal worth ₹2.5L+) Leverage existing D2C founder/investor networks to convert high-value clients Deliver quarterly sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports 2. Partnership & Ecosystem Building Establish partnerships with startup accelerators, consultants, agencies, and influencer networks Build strategic alliances with stakeholders in the D2C ecosystem (aggregators, cross-border enablers, export platforms) Represent ABES in founder communities, industry events, and investor circles 3. Client Success & Delivery Oversight Ensure clients onboarded via the Growth Challenge are strategically positioned and successfully scaled Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning, packaging, FBA setup, influencer execution, and logistics coordination Monitor performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion funnel, and revenue per client 4. Team Building & Leadership Recruit and mentor a high-performing business development and marketing team Set clear OKRs and KPIs for each department Foster a fast-paced, results-oriented team culture with accountability and ownership Required Qualifications Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development, revenue leadership, or brand strategy Prior experience in scaling service-led businesses, especially with Indian D2C brands Proven network of 30–50 relevant contacts (founders, brand managers, marketing heads, etc.) Experience in leading P&L, operations, sales teams, and cross-functional execution Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-backed decision-making skills Compensation : ₹1.2–2 Lakh/month + Performance Bonus Reporting To: Founders, ABES E-COM LLP Show more Show less
