Role & Responsibilities

Lead overall business operations of the Group
Set and execute company strategy
Manage P&L and financial performance
Oversee Maruti Suzuki Arena & NEXA and Bajaj dealerships
Drive sales growth and operational efficiency
Build and lead senior management teams
Maintain OEM and key stakeholder relationships
Identify new business and growth opportunities

Preferred Candidate Profile

Senior leadership experience in automotive or diversified businesses
Strong knowledge of dealership operations
Proven P&L management experience
Good leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to drive growth and manage multiple businesses
Exposure to green energy business preferred
