We are hiring for CEO for a leading pharma company, please find below the roles and responsibilties:

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Lead overall business strategy, growth, profitability, and operational performance
Own complete
P&L responsibility
and drive sustainable top-line and bottom-line growth
Develop and execute long-term and annual business plans aligned with group objectives
Oversee manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, EHS, and regulatory compliance (GMP, statutory norms)
Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and cost optimization
Identify and execute new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion (domestic & international)
Strengthen customer relationships and expand product portfolio and contract manufacturing opportunities
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team; drive culture of accountability and innovation
Ensure strong governance, compliance, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management
Represent the organization with customers, industry bodies, and regulatory authorities

Candidate Profile (Brief):

BE/B.Tech/M.Pharm/M.Sc. (Chemical/Pharma); MBA preferred
20+ years experience with 8–10 years in senior leadership roles in API/Bulk Drugs/Pharma manufacturing
Strong exposure to regulated markets (USFDA, EU, ROW)
Proven strategic, financial, and people leadership capabilities
