Drive digital transformation, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships Business & Revenue GrowthLead revenue growth through IT services, products, platforms, and digital solutions Oversee sales, marketing, client acquisition, and account expansion strategies Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Operational ExcellenceEnsure efficient delivery of IT projects, products, and managed services Oversee technology operations, delivery teams, and service quality Establish governance, KPIs, and performance metrics across functions Financial ManagementOwn P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Optimize costs while ensuring scalability and profitability Work closely with CFO on investments, funding, and financial controls People & CultureBuild and lead a high-performing leadership team Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and agility Oversee talent strategy, leadership development, and succession planning Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements Report regularly to the Board on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives Represent the company with investors, regulators, and industry bodies
