Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will be responsible for overseeing company operations, driving business strategy, managing financial performance, and leading the organization to achieve its goals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, and fostering sustainable business practices. The CEO will represent the company to stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and the ability to manage budgets and drive financial success
• Proven abilities in Operations Management to optimize internal processes and improve efficiency
• Business Planning and Strategic Planning experience to guide the organization toward its long-term objectives
• Proficiency in Sales to identify opportunities, secure partnerships, and drive revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in team building and leading diverse teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience in a senior leadership or executive role, preferably in a related industry
