Job Description - Land Acquisition Manager Job Location - Delhi/NCR Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans for land acquisitions for across India , aligned with business expansion goals. Coordinate property inspections, site visits, and suitability assessments. Build and maintain relationships with real estate consultants, international property firms, landowners, statutory consultants, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with state government authorities to acquire land and ensure regulatory compliance. Lead negotiations with landowners, developers, and partners to secure favorable deals. Manage technical and title due diligence, including verification, compliance, and risk assessment. Identify and mitigate risks associated with land acquisition and development projects. Evaluate and acquire office spaces, including lease agreements and renewals, pan India. Conduct market research on trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all key stakeholders throughout the process. Show more Show less
