Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Land Acquisition professional. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence processes, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to secure land deals. The role also involves working on land development plans and ensuring compliance with local regulations and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Land Acquisition and Acquisitions
• Strong analytical abilities related to Due Diligence and Market Research
• Experience in Land Development projects
• Strong understanding of local market trends and regulatory standards
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate sector or property management preferred
