Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates through to final accounts. You will ensure that projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Manage contract administration and procurement processes.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports on project progress, cost analysis, and forecasts.
• Support value engineering to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nanganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
