We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager – Workplace with a minimum 3-5 years of experience to lead interior design and build projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, design adherence, and client satisfaction across corporate and managed office fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution for corporate interiors and managed office spaces. Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate between clients, design teams, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure alignment. Review design intent drawings, BOQs, and construction documents prior to execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and ensure material delivery as per schedule. Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and stakeholder communication. Conduct weekly project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients. Ensure all handover documentation, snag rectifications, and final deliverables are completed as per standards. Drive client satisfaction through clear communication, transparency, and ownership of outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Workplace / Commercial Interior Project Management . Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale corporate interior projects. Strong knowledge of project planning, BOQ analysis, and vendor coordination. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel) and site management practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills. We are looking for a Mid-Level Designer (Workplace Design) with 3–4 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. This role involves taking ownership of design packages, client coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver workplace interiors that set benchmarks in the industry. Key Responsibilities Lead space planning, design development, and visualisation for workplace interiors. Independently prepare presentations, concept boards, and 3D visualisation for client pitches. Develop detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings , specifications, and BOQs. Collaborate with project managers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately on-site. Incorporate ergonomics, sustainability, and workplace trends into design solutions. Actively participate in client meetings and presentations , addressing feedback and offering design solutions. Mentor junior/associate designers, reviewing drawings and guiding them in design detailing. Keep up to date with new materials, furniture systems, and workplace innovations . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent. 3–4 years of proven experience in workplace/commercial interior design . Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator . Strong understanding of workplace planning standards, ergonomics, and compliance codes (fire safety, accessibility, etc.). Ability to handle client-facing responsibilities with confidence. Strong design detailing, visualisation, and documentation skills.
