Project Manager – Workplace

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for corporate interiors and managed office spaces.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate between clients, design teams, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure alignment.
• Review design intent drawings, BOQs, and construction documents prior to execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and ensure material delivery as per schedule.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct weekly project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Ensure all handover documentation, snag rectifications, and final deliverables are completed as per standards.
• Drive client satisfaction through clear communication, transparency, and ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in

  Workplace / Commercial Interior Project Management

• Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale corporate interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, BOQ analysis, and vendor coordination.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel) and site management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
