Project Manager

Dannac Healthcare is looking for a Project Manager who can take chaos, ideas, vendors, creatives, and operations—and turn them into on-time, on-budget execution.

This role is not about “following up.”
It’s about owning delivery end-to-end.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional projects across product launches, marketing campaigns, packaging, operations, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Ownership

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Break big goals into clear, executable tasks
• Create and maintain project plans, trackers, and reports
• Anticipate risks before they become problems

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, design, product, vendors, and operations
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and expectations
• Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery

3. Execution & Delivery

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
• Track daily progress and remove blockers aggressively
• Push teams when needed—politely but firmly

4. Vendor & Partner Management

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers
• Ensure deliverables meet Dannac’s brand and quality benchmarks
• Manage deadlines, revisions, and approvals

5. Reporting & Communication

• Provide clear weekly project updates to leadership
• Highlight risks, delays, and dependencies honestly (no sugarcoating)
• Maintain documentation for all active and completed projects

Skills & RequirementsMust-Have

• 2–6 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of timelines, dependencies, and priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset — “this is my responsibility”

Good to Have

• Experience in healthcare, FMCG, wellness, or D2C brands
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Excel
• Exposure to product launches or marketing campaign execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
