Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and organisational skills to oversee and manage multiple projects from concept to completion at The Long Headed Architects. The ideal candidate should have a background in architecture or construction management, a keen eye for design details, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. We are looking for someone willing to join immediately and willing to relocate or stays nearby Gurgaon.

Experience Required: 3-4 years of experience (preferably in architecture/interior design projects).

Job Location: Sector-30, Gurugram, Haryana

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute architectural and interior design projects from initiation to handover.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Ensure the projects are meeting deadlines
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
• Manage budgets, resources, and procurement processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the project team for successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in architectural or interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Salary: 6 Lakhs per annum
