Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee and manage multiple projects from concept to completion at The Long Headed Architects. The ideal candidate should have a background in architecture or construction management, a keen eye for design details, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Experience Required: 3-4 years of experience (preferably in architecture/interior design projects)

Job Location: Sector-30, Gurugram, Haryana

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute architectural and interior design projects from initiation to handover.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Ensure the projects are meeting deadlines
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
• Manage budgets, resources, and procurement processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the project team for successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in architectural or interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
