Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Land Acquisition Specialist based in Ahmedabad with the flexibility of some work-from-home option. Your primary responsibility will involve identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land suitable for development projects. Your daily tasks will include conducting due diligence, performing market research, and collaborating with the land development team. Moreover, you will be negotiating with landowners and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
