Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct internal/external benchmarking to identify and implement best practices. Provide data-driven insights on customized compensation & benefits packages. Analyze total rewards surveys and recommend updates to reward strategies and policies. Support annual salary review processes and compensation planning. Develop and update Salary Grids aligned with organizational structure. Create and deliver rewards-related training and communication for stakeholders.
