Compensation Specialist

As an experienced Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist at ETG, your role will involve preparing and managing compensation and benefits programs for employees worldwide. You will report to the Total Rewards Manager and collaborate closely with the HR team and other stakeholders globally. Key Responsibilities: - Support in developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company's global strategy. - Ensure that programs are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and reflect market trends through appropriate studies. - Coordinate C&B processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, and introduction of new benefits. - Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as a team member. - Analyze remuneration components, prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness. - Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants. - Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements. - Support the annual compensation and benefits review process with accurate data management. - Communicate compensation and benefits programs effectively to employees, managing queries in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in a global compensation and benefits role, preferably in commodities or a related industry. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills. - Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. - Previous experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with HR information systems is a plus.
