Compensation Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting internal/external benchmarking to identify and implement best practices. Providing data-driven insights on customized compensation & benefits packages will be a key part of your role. You will analyze total rewards surveys and recommend updates to reward strategies and policies. Supporting annual salary review processes and compensation planning will also be among your responsibilities. Additionally, you will develop and update Salary Grids aligned with the organizational structure, create and deliver rewards-related training and communication for stakeholders, and work on improving processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring compliance with compensation & benefits laws and corporate governance will be a crucial aspect of your role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge of compensation & benefits laws and regulations. - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.,
