The Manager Structures position within the Structural Engineering department at Godrej Properties Limited is a crucial role that focuses on overseeing and managing structural retrofitting, repairs, and strengthening works for large-scale residential projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that structural solutions are both efficient and buildable while adhering to quality, safety, and cost requirements. Your responsibilities will involve a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will be required to travel to various project sites for hands-on involvement in site assessments, retrofitting solutions, and cross-departmental coordination. You will review and provide expert advice on structural audits, retrofitting methodologies, and related design aspects. Additionally, you will oversee and collaborate with consultants and vendors to ensure successful project execution. As the Manager Structures, you will need to be flexible to travel and be deputed to various project sites involving large-scale retrofitting/structural repair works as per project requirements. You will be responsible for reviewing structural schemes, repairs, and strengthening methodologies for residential projects to ensure structural stability, durability, and buildability. Cross-functional collaboration will be essential to support costing, contracts, procurement, planning, quality, safety, and more to maintain control over project cost, time, quality, and safety. Your role will also involve appointing consultants, identifying new consultants and vendors for structural engineering works, conducting literature surveys/studies on structural analysis & design advancements, and developing engineering management processes. Furthermore, you will be expected to validate structural quantities, provide expert advice on structural retrofitting design, manage external consultants, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adhere to company-defined guidelines and processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying processes/procedures that need improvement and recommending ideas for process improvement to streamline efficiency, costs, and productivity. To be considered for the Manager Structures position, you should hold a B.E. (Civil Engineering) / M. Tech (Structures) from a reputed institution with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience for Deputy Manager and 10+ years for Manager roles in managing Structural retrofitting design/structural audits for structures. Hands-on experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, etc., and knowledge of structural retrofitting design and structural audits of structures are also required. KA | Associate Architect | Bangalore branch Years of Experience- 15 Year minimum (excluding Masters or another academic exercise) Essential requisites : Flair for Design & Passion for architecture. Expected to lead architectural design from concept to completion for all projects. Reporting to Firm Directors at HO. Exceptional Graphic Sense & eye for detailing. Experienced working on Architectural Projects- preferably mid-rise, high-rise & dense developments. Experience across all Architectural work stages in an architectural design studio is critical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering design packages on schedule. Key Responsibilities Consultant Management: Oversee, coordinate, and guide architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design consultants throughout all project phases. Design Review & Alignment: Ensure all design outputs meet client requirements, statutory regulations, and constructability standards. Regulatory Compliance: Well-versed in obtaining and managing NOCs and clearances (Fire, Environmental, RERA, MCGM, MMRDA, ULBs, etc.) for high-rise development projects. Project Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of design and engineering packages during both proposal and execution stages.
