Essential requisites

Flair for Design & Passion for architecture.
Exceptional Graphic Sense & eye for detailing.
Experienced working on Architectural Projects- preferably mid-rise & dense developments.
Experience across all Architectural work stages is preferred.
A good knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations is expected.
Possess Leadership Skills & People management (managing self and mentoring team members).
Ability to deliver high quality architectural documentation.
Manging work volume & oversee multiple projects.
Managing client/s and their expectations.
Anchoring co-ordination with consultants & vendors.
Conduct site visits & checks.
Expertise in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Illustrator, PowerPoint & InDesign.
Knowledge about Rhino, D5, Photoshop.
Expertise in Revit + BIM 360 platform.
