KA | Associate Architect | Bangalore branch

15 Year minimum

Essential requisites

Flair for Design & Passion for architecture.
Expected to lead architectural design from concept to completion for all projects.
Reporting to Firm Directors at HO.
Exceptional Graphic Sense & eye for detailing.
Experienced working on Architectural Projects- preferably mid-rise, high-rise & dense developments.
Experience across all Architectural work stages in an architectural design studio is critical.
Good knowledge of
Local

Planning and Building Regulations including approval processes (Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh + Tamil Nadu).
Possess Leadership Skills & be proficient in People management.
Mentoring team members and uphold design & work ethics.
Anchoring presentations & meeting with client/consultants.
Ability to deliver high quality architectural documentation.
Manging work volume & oversee multiple projects.
Managing client/s & consultants and their expectations.
Conduct site visits & checks.
Expertise in CAD, Sketch-Up, Illustrator, Office365 & InDesign.
Knowledge about BIM, Rhino, D5, Photoshop.
