Key Responsibilities

Lead design development across mid-rise, high-rise, and dense urban projects Manage architectural projects through all stagesfrom concept to construct Guide client interactions and lead consultant coordination Mentor junior team members and uphold a strong studio ethic Anchor project presentations, meetings, and design reviews Ensure delivery of high-quality architectural drawings and documentation Oversee multiple project timelines and team workloads Conduct regular site visits to ensure design fidelity and execution

Key Skills & Completion

Strong design flair and deep passion for architecture Excellent graphic sensibility and eye for detail In-depth knowledge of planning & building regulations Strong leadership and people management abilities Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint Familiarity with Revit, Rhino, Photoshop, D5 Render is an added advantage
