Kapadia Associates | Architecture & Urban Design kapl in At KA, we believe that good design emerges from collaboration, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence Were passionate about our work and are constantly seeking individuals who thrive on project ownership, demonstrate a deep commitment to design, sustainability, and persistence and who bring authenticity and integrity to their practice We are a process-driven studio where every project presents a fresh opportunity to reinterpret fundamentals combining building science, planning skills, material understanding, zoning codes, and construction logic to deliver thoughtful and impactful design We are currently hiring for the role of Associate Architect and are looking for someone who embodies leadership, rigor, and creative thinking Position: Associate Architect Experience: 1215 years (excluding academic pursuits such as Masters) Location: Bengaluru Full-time | Studio-based (not remote or hybrid) Key Responsibilities Lead design development across mid-rise, high-rise, and dense urban projects Manage architectural projects through all stagesfrom concept to construct Guide client interactions and lead consultant coordination Mentor junior team members and uphold a strong studio ethic Anchor project presentations, meetings, and design reviews Ensure delivery of high-quality architectural drawings and documentation Oversee multiple project timelines and team workloads Conduct regular site visits to ensure design fidelity and execution Key Skills & Completion Strong design flair and deep passion for architecture Excellent graphic sensibility and eye for detail In-depth knowledge of planning & building regulations Strong leadership and people management abilities Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint Familiarity with Revit, Rhino, Photoshop, D5 Render is an added advantage What We Offer Deep design involvement on all projects A supportive, process-oriented, and ethical studio culture Opportunities to grow through mutual learning and leadership Work-life balance and a respectful, family-office environment Exposure to client relationships, competitions, and thought leadership Research & travel fellowship opportunities Self-development programs (technical + soft skills) If youre looking to work in a hands-on, collaborative environment where ideas are valued and growth is supported, wed love to hear from you
