Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented, experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The Senior Architect will play a key role in designing and overseeing the implementation of complex architectural solutions across multiple projects. This individual will lead project teams, collaborate with clients and other stakeholders, and ensure the architectural integrity of each project is maintained throughout the design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the design of architectural solutions for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet both the client’s needs and project specifications. Provide creative and innovative design solutions that align with project goals.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, goals, and vision for projects. Present architectural concepts, designs, and project progress.
• Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior architects and project teams. Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
• Technical Expertise: Apply advanced architectural and engineering principles to ensure designs are feasible, sustainable, and aligned with industry standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Quality Control: Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and completeness. Identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on emerging architectural trends, technologies, and best practices. Share insights with the team and apply innovative solutions to projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of professional architectural experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with complex, high-quality projects.
• Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or public sector projects.

o Expertise in project management and construction processes.

o Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
