Role: Senior Architect Employment Type: Full me Company: Arteform Designs Private Limited Loca¢on: DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon. Responsibili¢es: • Oversee projects from incep¢on to successful comple¢on, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and ¢meline expecta¢ons. • Manage and review drawing work (Civil & Interior) in collabora¢on with the design team. • Coordinate closely with internal site teams to ensure ¢mely execu¢on of all project stages. • Prepare detailed BOQs for both civil and interior works. • Conduct regular site evalua¢ons to monitor progress and maintain quality standards. • Ensure implementa¢on of drawing details and documenta¢on processes aligned with industry best prac¢ces. Required Qualica¢ons Bachelor or Master degree in architecture. Minimum 10+ years of experience in a designer/reputed architectural rm. Required Skill set: Strong organiza¢onal, crea¢ve and presenta¢on skills. Procient in AutoCAD, Photoshop etc. Experience in handling high end luxury turn key projects like farms, villas, apartments, retail, oce spaces, hospitality projects etc. Experience in site handling and coordina¢on, handling PMCs will be an added advantage. Real-¢me problem-solving skills, Hands on experience in project handling.
